I was born in Cuenca, Spain, in 1991.
At 18, I moved to Madrid to study Theoretical Physics at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. Although my academic background is in physics, my professional career has been more focused on software development and system infrastructure.
I also manage my own homelab, mainly based in Ceph and Docker Swarm. You'll find some related posts in the Archive section.
Passion for Programming
I've been passionate about computers and programming for as long as I can remember.
I love writing elegant yet efficient code, always striving for a balance between functionality and aesthetics. My favorite programming languages are Swift, Ruby, and C++, though I also have experience with Perl and Python.
As you'll have seen, I'm a big fan of the Apple ecosystem and its tools, and on my blog, I have a Uses section where I detail my workspace, gear, and favorite apps.
Beyond Tech
Outside of technology, I'm passionate about running and calisthenics. My love for running comes from my time as a competitive sprinter, specializing in the 100m and 200m sprints, where I even won regional championships.
Although I had always been a competitive person, this stage of my life taught me to compete not only against others but, more importantly, against myself.
When I started college, I stepped away from competitive running, and that's when I discovered calisthenics, which has been a key part of my training ever since.
Minimalism & Attention to Detail
I consider myself a detail-oriented person. I appreciate things that are well-designed and well-executed, always striving for minimalism and simplicity — not just in programming, but in every aspect of my life.
I also have a deep passion for excellence and continuously seek perfection in everything I do.
